Jim had not pursued art until painting with his mother one day. Ever since, Jim has been devoted to his newfound passion. Whenever possible, Jim works on larger canvases and wields a palette knife with thick paint to create texture and character. Jim finds that it is brilliantly healing to get lost in nature for a day with brush and oils in hand and a blank canvas.

Melissa Ewing is a self-taught artist who began experimenting with abstract painting while she was in law school as an outlet to relieve stress and express creativity. The seed was planted when she was studying abroad in Brussels and went to an open air market where she fell in love with an abstract painting. Most recently, her style has focused on fluid art with an emphasis on bold colors and abstract patterns inspired by water, sunsets, and flowers.
